o Without quality inspection, quality work cannot be verified until our customer informs us that something doesn’t work like they expected. We utilize a custom built CNC inspection station to measure OD and side to side run-out as well as cutting width (kerf), tangential and radial side clearances to within 0.0005".  For our more critical customer’s applications, we maintain a record of the inspections in the form of data and graphs in case problems arise with cutting performance. We also straighten and re-tension saw blades that require close scrutiny or absolute precision quality cuts repeatedly.

o We endeavor to be the best carbide tipped saw blade and cutting tool service in our area and avoid delays in delivery to our customers. We strive to reduce our customer’s down time they experience during routine repairs or maintenance on their cutting tools by providing the quickest turnaround possible. We usually have a one week turn around time on sharpening and repairs but it gets longer at times.
